The use of services provided by FAMEZILLA and FAMEZILLA.CO establishes an agreement to these terms. By registering or using FAMEZILLA services you agree that you have read, fully understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.
1. GENERAL

· FAMEZILLA, in its sole discretion, may modify or review these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. All recent modifications or revisions done by FAMEZILLA replaces all former agreements and takes effect upon the date of posting.
· Continued use of the service following recent amendments signifies your assent to the revised Terms of Service. You further agree to apprise yourself of recent changes on the Terms of Service through periodic reviews of FAMEZILLA website.
2. REGISTRATION
· By registering you affirm that you are 18 years of age or an emancipated minor and are completely able and competent to enter into the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service and comply and abide by them.
· You may not use fake information while registering your account, including, fake name, fake e-mail, fake phone number or address. Any attempt to spoofing data will result in your account disabled.
3. SERVICE
· FAMEZILLA sole purpose is for social media promotion.
· You shall not knowingly exploit the system including but not limited to, gaining an advantage, exploit speed or any other bug in a manner other than purchasing them from the website or use the regular features.
· You may not turn your account to private, restrict to any country or apply any settings that may affect the regular delivery of the service
· We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences, including accounts or pages, banned or photos removed, we will not issue any refund or compensation in these cases.
· We are not responsible if your accounts is banned for any reason, please make sure you are responsible for any actions you initiate, FAMEZILLA is not affiliated with any of the social networks provided
· FAMEZILLA is brought to you to make your life easier with automated processes. We discourage spam and violation of the law, and in this cases, we have the right to block or suspend your account.
· It is your sole responsibility to comply with any social network you use and any legislation that you are subject to. You use FAMEZILLA at your own risk.
· All the services provided on the marketplace do not have any guarantee unless mentioned on the service with the text of “Refill” or “Guarantee”. If there is no mention of a refill or guarantee it should be assumed that there is no warranty available for the service.
4. PURCHASES
o 4.1 GENERAL

o You agree that upon purchasing you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute or charge-back.
o Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we grant the right, if necessary, to reset your account, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address and all e-mail addresses associated with purchases made on the website.
o The Credits added in FAMEZILLA are not reversible if the system and web site it self are fully working.
o FAMEZILLA will only be used to promote your Instagram / Twitter / Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.
o You will only use the FAMEZILLA website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram / Facebook / Twitter / Youtube / Other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page.
o FAMEZILLA rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
o 4.2 ORDERS

o FAMEZILLA WILL NOT cancel an order once it's placed. By placing an order you accept that we cannot cancel it even if the service name is not 100% accurate, that you entered a wrong URL or if there is any other issue.
o FAMEZILLA DOES NOT guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation of when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and FAMEZILLA will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
o We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you unless otherwise stated, we simply guarantee you to get the services you pay for.
o We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
o You will not upload anything to the FAMEZILLA site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram / Twitter / Facebook or Social Media community.
o In case the account is set to private, the service would be marked as completed without delivery of the service. Make sure that the account is set to public when making orders on FAMEZILLA.CO
o If you change your Username while the service is in progress, the delivery will fail and we will not be able to refund in such a case.
o If you change your Username after the Follower services are delivered, The Auto refill would fail to deliver and we will not be able to refund in such a case.
o Making orders from different sources on the same link at the same time can cause issues in delivery, In that case, we will not be able to help, Another provider might say theirs worked, and no one would be able to justify.
FIVERR, EBAY AND OTHER POPULAR WEBSITE SELLERS
FAMEZILLA DOES NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee for the delivery time at all. We provide our best estimation for orders during the placing of orders, however, these are estimates. We will not be held responsible for the loss of funds, negative reviews or you being banned for late delivery. If you are selling on a website that requires time-sensitive results, use FAMEZILLA at your own risk.
5. PAYPAL & CREDIT CARD
· You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal or any other payment processors.
· Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address.
· Since FAMEZILLA offers non-tangible irrevocable goods, you agree that after the purchase is made you cannot cancel/stop or remove any actions that this initiated. You understand that by Purchasing any goods on FAMEZILLA and FAMEZILLA.CO this decision is final and you won't be able to reserve it.
· No refunds or partial are made to Paypal, all credit added must be used in the site.
· We reserve the right to deny Automatic Payments for any users until a manual verification is performed
6. REFUND POLICY
· The users have the right to want their remain credits refunded to their Paypal. In this case, the user is not able to use the website anymore.
· NO REFUNDS are issued unless the services are not working or there is no alternative available.
· NO REFUNDS will be processed in the following cases.
o If Followers or services bought from the NON REFILL servers are not liable to be refunded if they fall even after one hour of ordering.
o Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
o Using more servers to place the order on the same link before the 1st order s completed. This can result in services not being delivered in the full quantity and would not be liable for a refund.

· FAMEZILLA tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected of us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
9. CHANGE OF TERMS
· This Terms of Service are subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective on the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by FAMEZILLA is required upon your continued use of our website.

3.3 Contact forms and email links
Should you choose to contact us using the contact form or email address, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any of the third party data processors defined in section 6. Instead the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our own SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted using SHA-2, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices. However, not all mail servers are secured in such a way. Therefore, we would suggest that you always consider email as an insecure medium and not include personal, confidential or otherwise sensitive information within an email.
3.4 Email newsletter
If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. We consider MailChimp to be a third-party data processor (see section 6.0 below).
The email address that you submit during a purchase will also be stored in your purchase history and client database through Squarespace. We consider Squarespace to be a third-party data processor (see section 6.0 below). While your email address remains a part of your purchase history, you may receive email notifications with a receipt of purchase, order fulfillment, order shipment, order cancellations, order pending or other similar notifications regarding your purchase.
Your email will also be stored within the forms that you enter your email address to apply, register, RSVP or any other similar form requiring email entry. Data form entries are stored on Google. We consider Google to be a third-party data processor (see section 6.0 below). Additional information that you submit with your email address like location, social media following, age, gender or other identifiable notations may be used to categorize and retarget you via email for projects, events, collaborations, solicitation of Famezilla LLC services or other similar services, alerts that may be appealing to you.
As MailChimp is our primary database for mass emails, your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.

While your email address remains within the MailChimp database, you will receive periodic (up to 10) newsletter-style and sales emails from us.
4.0 HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
As detailed in section 3.2 above, if you submit a comment to a blog post published on this website some personal information will be stored within this website’s database. If you submit your information via forms, the data you enter is automatically synced with MailChimp & Google (You can find their individual privacy policies in Section 6.0). Depending on the form, your data is kept to either match you with the collaboration that you applied for, opportunity you registered for or used to re-target you at a later date to opportunities you may find similarly interesting. If you are applying for a brand collaboration or RSVP’ing to an event that is hosted by a company outside of Famezilla LLC, the information you have shared in your form will be provided to the company for review. Under review, they will have the opportunity to contact you regarding this opportunity and reach out to you at a future date regarding other opportunities that may also interest you. Purchase history and information such as the type of payment, the amount, your name, billing address, phone number and any required additional information needed to complete your purchase is stored securely on Squarespace. However, your payment details are never stored or recorded in any fashion.

This website is hosted by Squarespace within a UK data centre located just outside London.

Famezilla LLC also suggests and promotes giveaways and other services on www.famezilla.co & other forms of communication on behalf of 3rd party hosts that have been vetted for quality and competency in this field. When not holding the giveaway directly, Famezilla LLC is occasionally hired by hosts (“client”) to market their services and increase sales. Famezilla LLC may sell services at a higher or lower rate than the client for marketing purposes. Famezilla LLC is a marketing agency and is not responsible for price matching. All purchases should be made directly with the client for negotiations, when applicable.
10.1 GIVEAWAY PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Famezilla LLC will not be held responsible for any issue related to giveaway purchases other than forwarding payments on the purchasers behalf to the giveaway host. Hosts can’t guarantee followers received during a giveaway or that they will stay when the giveaway ends. Sponsors and participants are verified for authentic following to maximize results, however each giveaway performs differently and is subject to variables; such as Instagram algorithm & level of promotion from participants. Sponsors may change without notice. Famezilla LLC does not recommend any purchase if the purchaser has an unanswered question that would otherwise prevent them from joining a giveaway. If an installment plan option is selected, the final payment must be received before the giveaway starts to be included, absolutely no exceptions. Due to limited spots in each giveaway, if the purchaser fail to make the final installment payment for any reason, they will be charged 20% fee from the amount already paid and may use 80% of the paid amount towards a future giveaway. No refunds will be given for incomplete installments payments. All giveaway purchases are forwarded to the host to pay sponsor fees & prize costs, which are then paid to the sponsors and non-refundable once the giveaway begins. Giveaway results are always a risk and Famezilla LLC has done it’s best to vet and research hosts before offering these services. No refunds will be given for any purchases, any disputes or complaints should be made and resolved only with the giveaway host.
